Online UV-VIS dissolution

Teamed with the Agilent 8453 UV-Visible spectrophotometer and the Chemstation, the Hanson AutoPlus™ anchors a complete on-line UV system solution.

A special developed Hanson driver, added to the ChemStationT analytical software, gives you unparalleled reporting features and on-line bath status. It is possible to measure eight samples simultaneously via a multicell changer. Up to three baths can be sampled and analysed on-line.

During the dissolution test you get a fully overview of the system and bath status and the progress of the dissolution process. The results are displayed graphically as profiles as well as numerically. A spectral window always shows all spectra of the last cycle.

Dissolution results are calculated in real-time and reported using a variety of options. The software compensates for volume changes caused for example by a pH change, sampling or evaporation. Reports are based on a variety of predefined templates and include all GLP relevant information such as operator, date, calibration and dissolution bath results.
