The system allows simultaneous study of high pressure reactions. Standard reactor size is 16ml for each vessel with a working volume down to 3ml,but it is also possible to replace or interchange those with 75 ml and 120 ml reactors. The unit is capable of operating up to 100bar, with a standard temperature range of ambient to 250°C.

The PressueScan features excellent mixing – enabling heterogeneous and homogenous catalytic gas-liquid reactions. The mixing rate is such that gas uptake is mostly kinetic controlled, allowing scale up with confidence.

The system is equipped with aggressive high torque magnetically coupled agitation of up to 1200rpm. Experiments can be run under constant pressure or constant feed rate.
