RS600 - 6 pos. +150°C Heated & Stirred

Six position reaction block designed for 57.5 mm diameter vessels (also 40 mm and other diameter vessels with appropriate adapter sleeves), and sample sizes up to 250 ml. Controlled temperature range from ambient +5°C to 150°C. Powerful Stir speed from 400 to 2,000 rpm, including a bi-directional stirring option. Manual control or external control is via the RS232/RS485 interface port. Optional pc-based external control software is available to schedule stir/heat profiles over varying time delays. Reflux and inerting head accessory, plus a range of accessories including rotary evaporator adapters, phase separation heads, filtration adapters, glass condensers, temperature probes, and a selection of stirrer bars. High temperature RS600H option with temperature range from ambient +5°C to 300°C.

Power full Heating and Stirring

Individual stirring motors for each reactor position, making 6 in total, up to 2000rpm. Simultaneously perform up to 6 reactions.

Refluxing and Inerting

Water cooled reflux module in glass or aluminium, providing efficient refluxing en creating an inert atmosphere.

Glass Reactors

Choose from 9 different models glass reactors up to 250ml. Special models available with baffels or suited for crystallisation.

Maximum Yield

Once the synthesis is ready, the reaction vessel can be connected directly to a phase separation tool or rotary evaporator adapter. This prevents loss of material caused by pouring the reaction mixture into other glassware.

Liquid dosing

Create your own tailer made dosing system, by using liquid addition dropping funnels, NE1000/NE1600 syringe pumps or peristaltic pump.
