Installation
ProSense includes the system installation and training in its offers. The customer has the guarantee that the instrument functions to specification and that the users are properly trained. ProSense specialists install the systems including the control device and software in the ProSense test laboratory prior to shipping to ensure correct functionality to individual specification. Upon delivery to the customer's laboratory the system is installed and again tested to specification prior to training its users. The required operational and/or performance validation work can be performed by the ProSense specialist if the customer so wishes.
Maintenance
Though ProSense test instruments are highly reliable and generally trouble-free, regular preventative maintenance visits made by specialists are recommended. The FDA provides routine maintenance procedures for the test instruments for the development and quality control of the medicaments. If this is not sufficiently performed by laboratories it can lead to complaint during an audit. ProSense offers various maintenance solutions. Maintenance can happen once or twice a year and can be written into a maintenance contract. The maintenance works are performed, recorded and accepted by that companies' responsible person and the laboratory is provided with all the necessary documentation in case of an inspection.
